About the role: The Returns Associate is responsible for proper physical and systemic processing of returned customer orders. This includes un-packaging and inspection of products, determining condition, reconditioning product to new condition, and processing the customer requests for refunds and exchanges in our computer system. The Returns Associate works safely and with a high sense of urgency to meet performance standards. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in general physical activities such as unloading and sorting inbound packages, this will involve some manual lifting.
· Opening packages, removing & inspecting items, and verifying customer information.
· High functioning computer processing.
· Match returned product to product on customer order.
· Inspect items and determine the condition of the product based on established guidelines and operating procedures set forth.
· Preparing and transferring returned products to be placed back into inventory.
· Maintain accurate data entry without errors.
· Meeting agreed targets by demonstrating time management skills at a minimum hourly unit rate expectation.
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Strong knowledge of computers, handheld scanners, and printers.
· Strong work ethic.
· High attention to detail.
· Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds without assistance.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time comfortably.
· Ability to bend and twist repetitively.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to ask questions and communicate.
· Ability to speak, write, and read English.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
