After proper instructions, performs routine clerical tasks operating a computer. Processes files in an efficient and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Files individual documents in appropriate files
Retrieves files on request
Prepares files for court cases as requested
May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time with on-the-job training. More detailed instructions will be given to employees at the beginning of work.
