Job Description/Responsibilities
As Director of HR Operations responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Business partner to the plant operations network
Build a great organization through talent acquisition/retention/development and succession planning,
Develope culture development and labor relations
Organized labor planning
Develop an inspirational vision for ops HR
Deliver on ops priorities and company CSFs.

Required Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple manufacturing plants with a Total Network of 750+ Employees

8+ Years of Total Human Resources Experience
5+ Years of Labor Relations Leadership and Management Experience

2+ Years Providing Business and HR Leadership to a Cross Functional Leadership Team Under a Multi-Site Director or VP

HR Lead with Hands-On / On the Plant Floor / Lean and Nimble HR Leadership Approach

5+ Years of Professional Coaching Experience Up to VP Level and Down to Supervisor Level

5+ Years of Significant and Measurable Change Management and Employee Engagement Experience

5+ Years Leading All Talent Acquisition Efforts to Ensure 100% St+ Years Leading All Talent Acquisition Efforts to Ensure 100% Staffing Levels at All Levels affing Levels at All Levels
