1. Paid Time Off - 2 Weeks accrued based on hours worked (Overtime counts towards accrual)

4. 401k Match of 5% - dollar for dollar, immediately vested. Enrollment happens every Quarter after 30 days employed.
5. Employee Appreciation and Engagement Survey - proactive approach to recognizing associates monthly as well as annual survey which initiates projects for the following year.
Example of this... In Dickson - Associates told us in engagement survey in 2017 that they wanted - more days off on the weekends, better options in the break room, and 401k loans to be available... Market place vending was launch by January 2018, 401k plan amended to allow loans within 1 month of request, and 3 months straight with weekends off built into production schedule before summer rush. The plan is to return to weekends off during winter hours when business slows down.)
6. Referral Bonus - $500 available to associate that refers a new hire that stays.
($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 180 days)

Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Direct Reports: Production Associates (Up to 20 Associates at one time)

Experience:
Required:
3+ Years of leadership experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
Experience in Bakery Environment

Technical Skills:
Leadership:
Ability to communicate overall direction, coordinate up 20 employees on a shift
Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects and assignments, work well with others in stressful situations, and meet deadlines as necessary
Proven experience in coaching, training, and developing hourly associates & building successful teams

Safety:
Must possess a solid working knowledge of GMP Policies and Procedures
Responsible for maintaining a 5S environment
Must be food safety and quality focused

Technology:
General Software/technology experience (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
