Experienced Residential Lead Remodeler

Carpentry
Light electrical
Plumbing

Experienced Residential Lead Remodeler Responsibilities
- Lead remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize electrical experience to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
- Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, installing fixtures, and repairing structures.
- Perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of renovated spaces.
- Address plumbing issues and install new plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Handle drywall installation and repairs to achieve smooth and seamless surfaces.
Must be a leader who is quality driven, reliable, can communicate effectively, have reliable transportation to various job sites in Greater Nashville area, and have your own tools. This is a hands-on, working position; people wanting exclusively supervisory roles need not apply. Excellent benefits after an introductory period. EOE. Compensation: Pay is negotiable based upon proficient skills & experience.
