Avion Solutions is seeking candidates for Electrical Engineer to support rotary wing (HH-60G, UH-1N and TH-1H) aircraft development and sustainment.

Preferred Experience:
  • Description: provide engineering, technical, and analytical support and coordinate as necessary with other organizations with respect to design, development, and integration of complex military electrical and/or electronic systems; plus experience in overseeing design and development of hardware projects. Additionally, experience in one or more of the following disciplines are required: electronic warfare; navigation; command, control, and communications; avionics; data and information processing, or design engineering
  • Minimum of two years of experience with multiple systems engineering disciplines and progressive experience in complex military electrical and/or electronic systems such as aircraft power distribution systems, microprocessor-based systems, real-time networks, computer graphics, and analog and digital electronics. Experience in with HH-60G, UH-1N and TH-1H aircraft preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
o Or an Associate’s degree and have a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
o Or High School Completion and have a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of any experience must have been performed on Department of Defense (DoD) programs/projects
  • The candidate must possess strong communication and technical writing skills
  • The candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft (MS) Office® Suite, to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Ability to obtain/retain DoD Secret security clearance is required
  • Travel up to 25% is required
