Mid-Level Solutions Analyst – Workforce Development

The Mid-Level Solutions Analyst – Workforce Development, Talent Optimization, Leadership Development will assist in the analysis, review, development, and inspection of the human capital process and make suggestions for improvement, program management, and solution implementation efforts dealing with workforce planning. They will assist in the development of a strategy implementation plan including messaging, vision, and change road map, ultimately supporting the overall organizational Risk Management Directorate (RMD). Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting management in the conducting of leadership assessments, report discussions, and develop coaching and leadership development plans
  • Identifying key stakeholders to determine Human Capital goals of the RMD
  • Working closely with experienced analysts or project leaders to seek guidance and added instructions
  • Conducting monthly leadership coaching sessions for defined participants
  • Collecting, reviewing, and aggregating data into spreadsheets
  • Performing basic data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
  • Developing and conducting team meetings with management and stakeholders to discuss leadership and management training initiatives
  • Providing general meeting support, including printing, scheduling, and setup
  • Generating minutes and documenting decisions or action items from governance meetings
  • Developing and revising content for Word documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Ongoing establishment and monitoring of key risk indicators relating to training and development
  • Active engagement with risk officers in day-to-day risk identification, analysis, and response
  • Development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and other communication to meet the needs of program stakeholders, increase risk awareness, and support decision making
Must be US Citizen and Clearable

  • BA/BS degree required

  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint or Microsoft Access required
Requires a minimum of 6 years' experience in a related field
