As the Program Manager, you will work within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the mantras of success. In this role, you will:

Manage the daily activities to support and ensure all value-added programs and services are running appropriately
Further develop & organize programs and activities in accordance with the strategic direction of the organization
Identify and troubleshoot any field related issues regarding merchandising programs and services
Laser focus on program performance driving detailed plans to target outliers and improve overall program health
Implement & manage program changes and interventions to ensure goals are achieved
Contribute to strategy discussions regarding opportunities that increase efficiencies and provide examples of areas that would increase profitability
Detail marketing and merchandising vehicles needed at the point-of-sale to support our value-added programs
New program verticals integration and execution as approved by leadership
Clear communication daily of pre-determined performance metrics to highlight positive movement and any associating risk to Director, Merchandising Programs
Work cross-functionally with peers inside other business functions to execute on all items needed to support these value-added programs and services within our retail footprint

You should have at least 3 years of experience with trend analysis, qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following:

Associates degree: Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or equivalent of 3-5 years of experience in related field
Experience within a high-volume retailer or Fortune 1000 company developing programs
Background in program or project management preferred
Retail or mobile industry background preferred but not required
