Specialist, Merchandising Programs

Managing the daily activities to support small-medium-large-scale projects. In this role you will report to the Director, Merchandising Programs and ensure that all Value-Added Programs and Services for the organization are running appropriately. This will include identifying and troubleshooting any field related issues regarding these programs and services. This role will be valued team member that provides the oil to the machines driving enhanced profitability for our business while elevating the guest experience.

You will highly be involved in (Responsibilities):
Manages all service tickets submitted by our retail locations to provide resolution.
Data collection from internal and external reporting tools to assist in measuring of performance.
Contribute to strategy discussions regarding opportunities that increase efficiencies and provide examples of areas that would increase profitability.
Details marketing and merchandising vehicles needed at the point-of-sale to support our value-added programs
Work on assigned projects and business development planning as instructed by leadership
Clear communication daily of pre-determined performance metrics to highlight positive movement and any associating risk to Director, Merchandising Programs.
Adhere to timelines and meet all respective goals associated with this role.
Works cross-functionally with peers inside other business functions to execute on all items needed to support these value-added programs and services within our retail footprint.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are a strategic thinker with passion for innovation and program/project management. Experience within a high-volume retailer or Fortune 1000 company developing programs is highly desirable. Trend analysis, qualitative and quantitative data analysis experience is necessary. We will also look for the Director, Merchant Services to have the following:

Associates Degree:Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or Equivalent of 3-5 years of experience in related field.
Background in program or project management preferred.
Retail or Mobile Industry Background Preferred but not required.
