Responsibilities
The Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Develop/ write conducts clinical pharmacy presentations at State or National meeting
Manage internal Consultant Pharmacists and external consultant pharmacy activities
Recruitment of consultant staff and ongoing development of training programs
Monitor performance of clinical staff and provide ongoing feedback and progress reports
Conduct clinical audits and assist action plans
Ensure Partners Pharmacy develops strategies educating and supporting our customer nursing facilities to remain compliant with Federal and State regulations
Assist with managing and development of disease management and utilization management programs
Auditing and compliance review of clinical policies and patient safety concerns
Collaborate with pharmacy Operations team to foster process improvements, new strategies around patient care, and program development
Participate in customer meetings in support of Operations and Sales
Develop company-wide clinical programs/ KPIs
Assists with meeting and developing financial savings requirements of QBR engagements
Qualifications

Education:
PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Professional Requirements:
10+ years of LTC Pharmacy experience
5+ years as a Consultant Pharmacist
Active member of National professional groups
Experience in speaking to healthcare professionals as part of symposiums, professional meetings
Published journal articles addressing pharmacy practice
