Role Overview:
As a Program Director focused on product management learning and development programs, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning and development strategy and programs at one of the most innovative software companies in the world. You will report to the Technology & Products Innovation & Learning Team and partner closely with product executives, Employee Success, as well as managers and individual contributors, responsible for designing and delivering strategic learning and job rotation programs, which facilitate development, innovation and productivity across Technology & Products.

You love all things ‘people development’ and will design and deliver programs that meet the needs of the business. You’re creative, fast-moving and also have a strong need to be incredibly organized in your work.

The successful candidate will have experience in all stages of the learning cycle, experience designing job rotation programs or other on-the-job learning programs and experience working closely with product management in a technology company. Success in this role will involve partnering closely with our leaders at all levels of the organization.

Your Role:
Design innovative product manager learning opportunities, with a primary focus on designing a rotation program that will include multiple learning events (offsites, coaching, mentor program design, face-to-face programs, technical training, materials and tools for both participants and managers of participants).
Ensure and communicate overall success of the program; Conduct retros frequently and adjust when needed.
Align senior stakeholders, build strong relationships across the business, identifying needs of the products org and responding to those needs via exceptional professional development programs and resources.
Act as a consultant, thought partner and trusted advisor to product business leaders to establish, align, and improve talent development programs.
Lead offsite events, including overall curriculum design and coordination
Manage with third-party vendors, ensuring contracts are up to date and we have the highest quality programs (evaluating engagement, interaction, facilitation and content appropriateness for learners).
Actively promote and support our core values, and provide learning & development that supports those values.
Excel in a rapid development processes and an iterative model.
Strategically determine learning priorities that drive the highest business and individual value.
Day-to-day program management and oversight of your programs. Actively involved in the success of each program and service to the business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to assure that offerings are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes. Offer ad-hoc consulting to leadership related to how to develop teams and individuals.
Work with project coordinator to ensure everything is executed flawlessly

Role Requirements:
Experience working with product management in a high tech, high-paced, hyper growth environment.
Ability to align senior executives toward shared success and goals of program
Flexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented. Track record of "getting it done."
Be an experienced and dynamic learning & development facilitator, presenter, program manager and coach. You should be comfortable working with all levels of management and leadership.
Well-organized and able to lead programs from conception to end-of-life.
Strong consulting skills, with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the most effective identification of needs and application of talent development best practices, models, and tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines, and making appropriate decisions regarding relative cost and benefit of potential actions.
Killer communicator (can write, stand and deliver - or facilitate - a presentation to any level, size of audience)
Ability to track and report metrics.

Required Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, management consulting or equivalent. Alternatively, if you're an expert in product management within tech orgs but have a strong interest and background with learning/development, talk to us as well!
Experience as noted above.
Bachelor’s degree required
