Holland Roofing, an established Commercial Roofing company, is seeking an energetic and eager to learn Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be overseeing the company-client relationship, determining clients’ needs, what they’re looking to achieve - short-term and long-term and ensuring the company/brand delivers.



· Prepare and Deliver salesproposals/solutions

· Ensure due dates and contract expectations

· Handle client communication

· Identify new/current growth opportunities

Objective of the Account Manager:

The objective of the dedicated National Account Manager is to communicate, service, maintain and grow assigned accounts in hope of obtaining all service work that Holland can produce. They oversee all actions and activities and act as the manager for all initiatives with the account regardless of the individuals involved.

Expectation of the Account Manager:

The Account Manager is expected to meet the projected revenue/growth monthly for each company they are assigned. They do this by expanding the service reach and providing preventative, reactive and proactive services daily.

Who they Report to:

The Account Manager reports to the Director of Accounts and works hand-in-hand with the National Service Coordinators to ensure due dates, service notes and special requests.
