Has direct responsibility for the reporting and analytical activities within the Bill to Cash organization. This role will be a key contributor with respect to metric identification, KPI development, department performance indicators and executive level analysis. In addition, this role will partner with other Bill to Cash tower leads in assuming oversight of continuous improvement projects along with project management initiatives across the Bill to Cash arena.
Develop insights that will allow for the Bill to Cash organization to evaluate key performance indicators and correlate current and future actions aimed to enable improved performance.
Monitor, report, and analyze important Bill to Cash metrics within collections, cash application, deductions, credit and overall Bill to Cash health.
Lead reporting through both ad hoc and recurring initiatives to improve reporting and analysis based on standardization, effectiveness and stakeholder requirements.
Provide ideation and new insights into the senior leadership Bill to Cash reporting suite that identifies AR health and other company critical views.
Create and analyze annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts of Bill to Cash metrics for review with senior management and business stakeholders.
Assess the Bill to Cash insight and transparency needs through collaboration with business leaders to drive design, implementation, and the improvement of visibility/accuracy of our data and associated analysis.
Lead the development and launch of effective data visualization and analytics to simplify complex Bill to Cash flows that enable faster decision making for management and each respective Bill to Cash sub-tower.
Cross-collaborate with GBS, Accounting, Sales, Operations and other Corporate Functions to understand and review reporting and analytical needs related to Bill to Cash activities.
BS in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration required, MBA Preferred
Minimum 10 years’ experience within a large-scale Order to Cash organization
Comfortable managing multiple data sources, building dashboards and reports, developing strategic insights and monitoring business performance on key metrics.
Demonstrated experience with process management and continuous improvement.
Experience building responsive user interfaces and data visualizations using BI, Tableau and other similar reporting and analytical tools.
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
High Radius experience a plus.
