The Senior Network Analyst - Help Desk and Data Center Support will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our internal staff for all of their PC/network needs. In addition, this position is also responsible for daily data center print processing and monitoring, cyclical maintenance scheduling, and support functions from: backups, workstation setups/moves, Boardroom setups/teardowns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff the Help Desk, solving complex as well as common problems related to PCs, printers, virtual servers, network access and network connectivity
- Deploy PC and LAN printer hardware and software
- Perform A/V and PC support for board and committee meetings
- Perform Active Directory and Dynamics GP user administration tasks, such as creating new users, assigning/changing rights, resetting passwords and unlocking accounts
- Participate in monthly Microsoft security patch smoke testing
- Maintain inventory records in Track-It; ensure that Track-It Inventory is up-to-date and complete
- Refer major data center hardware problems to outside service personnel, oversee the work, document the results
- Ensure all line-of-business print processing is run per established schedules each shift
- Monitor and document backup results per established procedures for SOC1 compliance
- Transfer files with outside partners
- Schedule cyclical data center maintenance with outside service personnel, oversee the work, document the results
- Other duties as may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
- AA required; Bachelor’s preferred
AND
- Three years’ experience in IT support
OR
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and networking
Certifications are preferred
