Prinsco has an opportunity for a detailed oriented Customer Service Representative at our new plant in Valdosta, GA We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance, and two medical plan options including company provided disability. - Provide exceptional customer service in the accurate fulfillment of our manufactured orders, including supporting the dispatch function.
- Establish working relationships with sales to better understand customer needs, their unique product terminology and pricing.
- Handle all customer concerns and questions, providing resolutions and follow-up as needed.

We require the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months customer service or dispatch experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Proficient with MS Office products and D365 preferred.
- Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion when conveying and communicating with customers, employees, manager and corporate HR.
