Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of IS experience
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Project Management experience
Experience with SAP OTC and/or Logistics experience
Experience with EDI and EDI integration to SAP
Good problem solving/analysis skills
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, quick and assertive
Extremely detailed oriented and organized
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
Positive attitude with the ability to work across different business stakeholder and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks
Global travel requirements range from 10-25%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the deployment and support of Kraft Heinz EDI solution to 3rd party logistics providers (3PL)
Acts as a functional SME to business related to 3PL integration activities
Working with Logistics Senior Manager and B2B EDI team, develops project plans and staffing requirements for Logistics/EDI project activities
Manages the gathering, definition and sign-off of functional requirements related to Logistics and EDI systems
Reviews functional specifications and business requirements for completeness, accuracy and feasibility to meet business needs
Works with a team of technical resources (internal and external), architects and with the business to deliver systems that support the business needs
Supports system upgrades and technology implementations when required
Provides guidance to Logistics Business leadership on logistics related application functions in the area of EDI integration, fulfillment and deployment
Ensures end user training and experience meets business requirements
Partners with key business users and with deployment teams to define and deliver high impact initiatives including initial deployment of the template to those parts of the business yet to receive it
Maintains an active relationship with the business leadership to report progress and to understand business imperatives
CAREER EXPERIENCE
Strong relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)
Knowledge of logistics business process(s) and associated systems, and technology (EDI)
Respected by business functional resources
Able to work in diversified and global teams
Solid blend of business and technical capabilities
Experienced with project management methodologies and tools
Ensures appropriate integration of technology as part of business processes/functions
Technical/configuration experience related to SAP LE and EDI integration
