We are currently looking for individuals excited to learn and make our plant-based products from scratch. This position will be based out of the Ham lake Commissary and will report to the Commissary Manager. The desired candidate must be able to communicate in all manners effectively in a professional manner and possess good organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential duties & Responsibilities:

Produce handmade, plant-based bath and body care products from a variety of recipes and ingredients.

Efficient and precise operation and strict adherence to material handling procedures.

Ensure product knowledge and production skills to achieve quality products and shipment goals.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.

Collaborate with Manager to schedule accordingly for production goals.

Ensure and protect brand standards during and throughout the production process

Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.

Meet production requirements on or before deadlines.

Completes periodic inventory audits

Ability to use good judgement in a self-driven environment.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
