As a Senior Team Lead your primary responsibility will involve supporting a Department Manager in the day-to-day operational oversight of their designated team. Within this position, you will engage with team members, offering guidance and leadership to enhance their individual skills and foster growth, ultimately enabling them to carry out their job responsibilities with increased effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership (25% of Shift)
- Model aligned leadership behavior, always communicating with utmost professionalism, and following all company policies/process without exception.
- Observe, document, and report all occurrences of employees when there is non-compliance with company policy, process, or following appropriate chain of command.
Quality Checks & Reporting (25% of Shift)
- Reviewing accounts/files periodically to ensure that employees are making progress on their workload, working files completely, and following company processes as they are outlined.
- Reporting to Patient Enrollment Manager any trends in Orders, Conversions, Collections of Deposits, Processes or Employee Morale as this impacts the entire Department.
- Providing professional feedback to Patient Enrollment Manager regarding team member’s performance in the areas assessed (Knowledge, Reliability, Initiative, Innovation, and Collaboration).
- Assist in resolving patient and/or insurance escalations.
New Hire On-Boarding & Staff Training (25% of Shift)
- Provide a seamless on-boarding experience from New Hire Orientation (NHO) into your department, including a structured on-boarding plan for at least the first week in the department.
- Report your team’s training needs to your direct Manager regularly to ensure additional support and resources are provided in a timely manner.
General Duties & Responsibilities: (25% of Shift)
- Complete typical duties associated with the Departments Team Lead position.
- Conduct 1-on-1 one coaching meetings with Specialists.
- Review timecards and ensure team is meeting daily goals.
- Operate independently in Zynex’s access database/billing system to complete patient orders with a high degree of accuracy.
Additional Duties:
- Meet daily goals and other duties, as assigned by Manager.
- Dress and interact professionally in an office environment.
- Follow all company policies and address issues following appropriate chain of command.
- Complete.
- Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree beneficial.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Computer Intensive Tasks (95% of shift):
- Ergonomics: Maintain proper posture using an ergonomic chair.
- Headset Usage: Regularly wear a headset for extended periods in a call center environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate via spoken, written, virtual, and electronic means.
- Strenuous Eye Activities: Ability to focus and concentrate on detailed tasks for extended periods to reduce eye strain.
- Repetitive Strain: Perform frequent keyboard and mouse activities with dexterity and careful hand movements to minimize the risk of strain.
- Sitting/Standing for Extended Periods: Sit or stand for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and telephones, as well as demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
- Dynamic Office Environment: Operate in a fast-paced, professional office setting.
Physical Tasks (5% of shift):
- Heavy Lifting: Lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
