The Associate Director will be part of the Starcom Client Operations Team. This role will lead and support Business Operations across the greater team and between agencies. This person provides support with the project management, integrating multiple parties within the Publicis agencies, inter-agency agreements, inter-agency billing, process improvements, systems management, general reporting and data manipulation.
The ideal candidate has an analytic mindset, very proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously. They should be pro-active, resourceful, a creative problem solver, agile, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Global oversight of financial and media operations for a clients with activity in 40+ markets.
Manage scope of work contract development, monitor scope creep, global staffing resources and revenue with analysis change recommendations and implementation.
Lead data collection, review, analysis, and packaging of reporting media inputs from 40+ market teams for global deliverables.
Plan, schedule and manage multiple internal and client facing projects from ideas to execution by ensuring objectives and deadlines are met through effective communication with project stakeholders and risk mitigation.
Develop global media operations procedures and implement and train teams on agency best practices to increase efficiency.
Primary client contact for all procurement, legal and financial documentation requirements.
Strong understanding and ability to navigate nuances across global business markets to deliver cohesive global client service.
Bridge the gap between product/data, commercial, media, finance and legal teams to ensure outputs capture essential, interconnected details.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Communications/Advertising, or equivalent
6 or more years of operations or project management experience
Experience with media or advertising agencies and understands the inner workings of the agency model is preferred
Process-minded with strong organizational and workflow expertise
Consistently demonstrates a desire to learn through proactivity and initiative
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Analytical skills with a foundation in strategic business management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
