The 5100 Unit’s team of caregivers at Akron General Hospital pride themselves on providing top-quality and patient-centered care all while ensuring the safety of their patients. In being a Medical-Surgical-Gynecology unit, caregivers provide direct nursing care to diverse populations of patients. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a given patient population.
