Final Documentation Specialist



This position is in charge of reviewing legal documents for accuracy and making any necessary corrections in a timely and accurate manner. Essential functions include:

Review, audit and retrieve Mortgages/Deed of Trusts.

Review, audit and retrieve Title Policies.

Initiate steps to have documentation errors corrected.

Partake in MERS training – understanding of basic knowledge of MERS.


1+ years of experience in final documents, loan servicing, title company or working for a real estate attorney.
MERS knowledge preferred.
Housing Authority/Agency experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Excellent data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with specific deadlines.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
