Kantar’s Profiles Division connects customers to deeper, richer people profiles to deliver trusted actionable data.

This position manages the Kantar Profiles Network which at 88 million permission-based respondents across 70 markets is the largest in the industry. Our unprecedented reach combined with enhanced sample and connected data sources creates unique audiences you can’t find anywhere else – all through a single access point.

Our proprietary platform for the Profiles Network was designed to uniquely connect, verify, append and activate your data, and programmatically link clients to new audiences. It enables seamless, faster, more efficient sampling than traditional methods by offering:

Dynamic access to our exclusive network of global panels
Compliantly enhance connected sample via cookies, tagging, matching and hashed emails
Scaled media activation capabilities
Exclusive access to Kantar’s LifePoints Panel

The role is responsible for managing, integrating and optimising our key partners into our Profiles Network. The role is accountable for:

Expanding the consumer Network partner coverage
Driving partner savings on the $80M+ of spend through optimising the platform technology and partner relationship management process
Moving the integrated partners from providing sample to providing “enhanced” sample which includes capturing ad exposure data via the Kantar Tag and direct integrations as well as profiling data and connecting to other third party data sets
Developing a Healthcare Professional and B2B audiences Network
Use the change management teams to ensure that the integrated partners can be used and keep Kantar Profiles and Kantar up to date with the latest innovations that help to drive either improved costs, speed or data quality

The role reports into Kantar Profiles’ Global Chief Operating Officer. The candidate will manage two Directors who are based in Europe and will be actively participate with the network of Sourcing, Sampling, Operations and Procurement professionals across the Profiles Division and the wider Kantar business.

CAPABILITIES

Degree level
3 years+ within the market research sector
National/international Sourcing/Procurement experience in complex, large global organisations
Skilled influencer and negotiator that has a proven track record in leading sourcing activity
Analytical thinker that has excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Strong execution skills ‘completer/finisher’ who is tenacious in achievement of goals
