Responsibilties:
Responsible for verifying loan file in Encompass is accurate and prepare all applicable loan documents for delivery
Reviews the accuracy of closing fees and preparation of the Closing Disclosure (CD). Responsible for the timely follow-up on all pre and post funding conditions on each assigned mortgage and timing and delivery of the CD, closing dates and signatures.
Prepares, draws and distributes all documentation needed for the timely, smooth and effective closing of each assigned mortgage. E-mails/faxes/mails closing instructions and initial closing documents to escrow companies or attorneys.
Receives CD input, enters dollar figures into LOS for the timely and accurate funding of each mortgage in conjunction with post-funding requirements. Prepares final 1003 & CD, E-mails/faxes/mails additional closing documents, prepare and send the final wire figures to escrow companies or attorneys.
Input and complete loan documents based on product type, state, and more
Coordinate with title company and loan officer to resolve any deficiencies preventing loan from funding
Review signed loan packages for accuracy
Answer funding/balancing inquiries with borrowers, realtors, title providers and settlement agents
Preparing, shipping and tracking
Reconsile and balance cash due to or from borrower and funds needed to fund mortgage to ensure an accurate request to bank
Ensure you meet daily, weekly and monthly internally specified requirements surrounding successful productivity requirements without compromising loan quality
All other responsibilities or duties as assigned to ensure workload coverage, which may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications:
High School or Equivalent
Previous funding or mortgage experience preferred, a minimum of 2 years
Positive attitude with lots of energy
Full understanding of the requirements to draw docs and fund loans
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Google
Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work well with a team environment and take constructive criticism, coaching and feedback on a consistent basis
Working knowledge of RESPA, FHLMC, USDA, FHA, VA program requirements
Working knowledge of FNMA DO/DU and FHLMC LP
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage large volume of closing packages with a strong attention to detail
