Human Resource Assistant: Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining HR statistics, maintaining filing of various human resource documents, employment offers, benefit coordination, running reports and employment onboarding. This role will include providing information and instruction to managers, supervisors and employees regarding Human resources policies; procedures, benefits, recruiting and employee relations.
Qualified candidate will work within assigned areas to provide human resources expertise to the organization in all aspects of human resource functions. Under general supervision employee will answer and research routine and non-routine questions related to HR and within certain limitation, interpret policy. This position demonstrates a high level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge and a pro-active approach to customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required and ability to deal with confidential matters a must.Personal computer and word processing skills. Excellent typing skills with an eye for detail. High school graduate or equivalent with secretarial courses. Three to five years of Human Resources experience required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to deal with confidential matters.
