The Webinar Program Manager resides on the marketing team at AppDynamics, reports directly to the Director of Global Campaigns and will serve a critical role in helping the company achieve its growth milestones. This person collaborates closely with product marketing, content marketing, and the demand gen teams to develop a cohesive webinar program that aligns to the global campaigns calendar, while also supporting our core initiatives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include:
Lead the Global Campaigns team’s webinar program, including management of the global webinar calendar

Collaborating with our product marketing team to produce compelling, authentic webinars for core phases of the buyer’s journey from awareness to purchase

Developing content for each phase of the funnel, and how to retain engagement post-webinar and accelerate prospect journeys through the funnel

Developing promotional tactics that can maximize registration and attendance

Developing and running A/B tests to continually optimize tactics and, over time, develop new strategies and approaches

Managing setup and execution of webinars from registration landing pages to reminder and thank you emails.

Supporting live webinar recordings, from prepping contributing stakeholders to managing recording, and moderating as required

Managing the creation of sales enablement materials, including email templates for webinar promotion and follow up, as well as CRM reports

Managing the vendor relationship and ensuring the reliability and performance of a leading webinar platform

Finding innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content being created within the webinar program, through paid and organic channels

Managing webinars for 3 time-zones (Americas, APAC, EMEA) and collaborate with the regional teams on localizing webinar content

Tracking and reporting on webinar performance metrics, including attendance, pipeline generated and influenced, and ROI

Identifying, onboarding, and managing external resources to assist with production as required, including webinar setup and video post-production

Working with project management to assemble guidelines on content architecture and production processes, from promotion to rehearsal and Q&A

Required Experience

A Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience working in B2B marketing (preferably in a technology industry with focus on outbound marketing)

Experience with On24 and Salesforce (Marketo a plus)

Experience managing an ambitious and innovative webinar program, ideally for a B2B software company

Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on program performance metrics as well as pipeline, revenue influence and ROI

Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities

Advanced writing skills with superb presentation skills

Working knowledge of handling multiple vendors and agencies

Passion for constant improvement and delivering world-class programs, as perceived internally and external

Excellent communication and collaborative skills
