Prepare quality food items for all guests using a predetermined method consistently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Include preparing dough, portioning toppings, and cooking pizza's Maintain sanitation, health, and food safety standards in work areas Adhere to sanitation practices and document HACCP daily Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared and be able to follow recipe. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles, pizza ovens, etc. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to recipes Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation to assist servers with building revenue and guest satisfaction
Requirements: 6 months of quick service cooking experience, deep fryer and grill experience required. Must be able to work with a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends. Grooming, all associates must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per the Company standards. Must be outgoing, project a positive personality and high level of energy. Team player with good communication skills.
