Duties:
- Provide expert hair styling services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry
- Perform a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, color, perms and waxing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation
- Manage the front desk
- Utilize Salon Ultimate to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
- A current Cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or in a related field
- A strong passion for beauty and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of service
- Knowledge of sanitation and infection control practices
