Job Title: Extraction Technician

Precision is key when processing crude concentrates for cannabis-infused products. If you're great at following detailed instructions and ensuring each step is executed flawlessly, you're the detail-oriented individual we're seeking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing crude concentrates used for cannabis-infused products.
- Operate and maintain distillation and extraction equipment.
- Take detailed notes and maintain accurate records of all processes and outcomes.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with the Production Director and other team members to meet production goals.
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and consistency.
Experience:
- Lab experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience working with delicate machinery.
- Experience taking detailed notes.
- Experience working with distillation equipment is a plus but no required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Strong observational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Must be available to work some weekends and possibly holidays.
- Flexible hours vary between 7am and 7pm.
- Close visual focus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted.
- High school diploma required; college degree/coursework preferred but not absolutely required.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass Department of Health Background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
