A client located in Middleburg Heights is in need of a HR Assistant to join their team! This position is temporary, expected to last into the new year. If this candidate works out well then there is a chance it could be temporary to hire. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:30 PM. The duties include filing, data entry, assisting at the reception desk, and additional office duties as assigned. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is looking to gain HR experience!

- Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
- Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Knowledge of working as an assistant
- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
