Candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of an Enterprise initiative to yield efficient and competent assemblers, mechanics, technicians, coaters and finishers through the hiring, onboarding and technical training process. Incumbent will be responsible for the integration of Job Proficiency Guides (JPGs) to enhance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) to support the needs of the business and documented through a formal On-The-Job (OJT) training program.
