The role of the Client Operations Manager is to provide a single point of contact for day to day operations with our carrier partners. This position has various responsibilities for operational execution, client relationship development, and business process improvement. The Client Operations Manager maintains relationships throughout all departments within the Company to deliver operational excellence to our carrier client partners. The Client Operations Manager is an empowered resource to manage client operational expectations regarding escalations both external and internal based upon the best combined interest of our carrier client partner and the Company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily weekly and monthly review of performance with Client's project owner
  • Engages in Customer Escalations
  • Ensures achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service goals and standards
  • Manages Key performance indicators
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs
  • Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting

Qualification/ Experience Requirements:

  • 6 – 8 years’ experience
  • Superior communication (oral, written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements including technology and performance
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate/sell effectively
  • Understands customer service software applications Work-force management applications, Quality tools and other related Call Center software
  • Experienced in goal-setting (defining and prioritizing specific, driving objectives)

Education:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
