NYC based personal assistance needed for busy medical CEO. Responsibilities include: General household management (which might require meeting with landlord, repairmen, house cleaners, delivery men..and also involves restocking regular home and office supplies and some light tidying up), general local errands (which might be drop off/pick up at a local dry cleaning or drop off/pick up of packages and/or mail at the local post office), in addition to some ad hoc projects provided by CEO or his additional support staff...Punctuality and reliability are a must!
Possibility for additional responsibilities basedk on skills and interests. This is a fast growing company with international clients in the entertrainment industry, non-profit sector and medical innovation industry.
