Job description:

The Tier I Systems Support Technician will join our help desk team supporting multiple technologies and over 1200 users. The candidate will assist the Systems Engineers and Systems Administrators with project tasks.

We encourage learning and growth with a clear career path to a Systems Administrator role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent customer service and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to function in a collaborative group environment as well as self-manage a task pipeline. This is a highly independent position with a distinct need for self-reliance.

Required education or experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a Help Desk environment
  • Windows Workstation OS/application troubleshooting
  • Windows server user management
  • Networking concept/troubleshooting basics (DHCP, DNS)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience

Job Location: Downtown Orlando; candidate must be located in Metro Orlando.
Compensation: $32,000 - $40,000 based on experience; paid vacation, health insurance plans, retirement program, disability insurance, and life insurance.
Work Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
*Some weekend or evening shifts may be required during planned maintenance.
