Troy Remodeling Company is looking for multiple individuals to fulfill the roles of both Interior and Exterior Remodelers for our local remodeling company. These are Full-Time, Direct Hire positions located in Troy, AL. This position is 1099 not W2. Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with specs as well as regulatory code requirements
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Consistently report progress to management
Requirements:
- 1+ years recent/relevant contracting or home remodeling experience
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Can complete projects within given time allotment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
