Kootenai Health is seeking a community-minded, quality driven, and highly motivated individual to join the Guest Relations team as the newest Guest Relations Associate!
As a Guest Relations Associate on our team you will welcome and assist patients, their families and visitors entering the hospital, monitor the overall appearance and safety of entrances, provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients and visitors in regards to service offerings and locations available, enforce hospital policies, especially those related to safety and our tobacco-free campus, and communicate information to Security, Facilities Management and/or other departments as needed. Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or should have completed a general education diploma
2. Proficiency with computers
3. Previous work experience in handling a diverse range of customers
4. MOAB training, or must acquire within six months of employment, required
5. BLS Required. Current AHA Healthcare provider, American Red Cross, AHA Health Saver or Kootenai Health BLS within 60 days of hire.
Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
Typical equipment used in a clinical and office job
Must be able to assist in patient transfer
