Massage Envy currently has an opening for an outgoing General Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team, and participate in the financial rewards of the clinic's success. Specific responsibilities include:

Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer. Leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals. Coaching front-desk employees on scheduling appointments, recommending enhanced services and presenting membership wellness plans. Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently. Provide training, guidance and confident leadership. Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.

About You:

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF DIRECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER FOCUSED SALES ENVIRONMENTS OVER A LARGE GROUP, WITH AN AVERAGE OF 30 PLUS EMPLOYEES, AND A VERY STRONG WORK ETHIC.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Successful interviewing practices
  • Proven coaching experience
  • Great communication Skills
  • Enjoys being in charge and is driven and ambitious
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience
  • 2 + years previous membership sales experience
  • Demonstrates ownership mentality
  • Strong leadership skills
