The Dayton Dragons are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the role of Dragons Den Merchandise Sales Associate. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment and be willing to work extra, non-traditional hours when needed. The ideal candidate must also have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, possess a positive work ethic, and strive to be great in everything they do.
Interacting with customers and being friendly/outgoing
Providing “unsurpassed customer service”
Welcome customers as they enter the store
Operating registers to assist customers in processing sales transactions
Assisting customers with merchandise questions/concerns
Stocking store as needed
Keeping store neat and orderly
Start/End Dates & Hours:
March - September 2019 (Game Days Only)
Home game day Hours: Monday-Saturday 5:30pm to completion of game and 12:00pm to completion on Sundays
Applicant will be required to work additional hours for events at the park and special projects (events typically occur on weekends when the team is out of town)
