Large social service Non-Profit in the Loop is seeking an interim Human Resources Business Partner for one of their largest units. You will be in a leadership role driving the group's strategy, identifying and executing process improvements, and partnering directly with the unit's Executive Director on critical initiatives. This role has high probability of becoming a permanent opportunity.
- Collaborating with and advising managers and directors in areas such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment strategy, training and development, and compensation
- Full cycle recruiting
- Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a very diplomatic manner
- Corporate experience
- Must have expertise supporting both union and non-union environments
Role sits on-site in the Loop location. May require occasional travel to local site locations.
