A Hair Stylist in our business must be able to thoroughly consult with clients to learn their desired results, this includes clear and professional communication to explain realistic options for based on their needs and desires. Our team is expected to educate throughout the service on other products or services that could benefit the client and to set the expectation for the maintenance on when to return to the salon to keep up with the color/cut/style that is created for them. Basic duties also include washing, coloring, cutting, and styling hair, recommending and selling salon products, and keeping a safe and clean working environment. You must hold a current Colorado cosmetology license and commit to staying updated on ongoing hair styling trends.
