Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Plumbing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Estimate project costs and prepare bids
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and regulations
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Manage work and progress of on site employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Prefer OSHA 30 certification
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing on site crews of 10 plus men
- Valid driver's license
