InnoVet Health, an emerging and fast-growing Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provides health IT professional services to the US Federal Government agencies. We have a position for a dynamic Capture Manager ready to instantaneously catapult into the federal government stratosphere. In this role as Sr. Capture Manager, you will capture modernization and transformative opportunities within federal market, nurture and build customer relationships, and work with InnoVet’s Chief Growth Officer to build and scale business. The position offers a stimulating work environment interacting across the management. It is a full-time remote position and does not require relocating (work from home). Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies that lead to the successful identification, pursuit, capture, and qualification of opportunity pipeline.
· Responsible for evaluating, developing, and pursuing new business opportunities and market initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies
· Develop relationships with the government decision makers to drive awareness about InnoVet Health’s capabilities and shape new opportunities.
· Nurture and develop strong partnership with businesses for teaming opportunities
· Lead technical solution development activities and advise on the technical strategy, to include identifying and engaging with potential teaming partners
· Lead the proposal development, teaming strategy, price to win, and overall win strategy/value proposition
· Attend industry and networking events
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of related experience in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Information Systems; Master’s degree is preferred.
· Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies.
· Solid technical and functional background to facilitate customer conversations and solution strategy (AI/ML, data analytics, systems engineering, cloud and emerging technologies) as it relates to health care IT
· Demonstration of successful capture on multiple deals > $10M+
· Experience leading the development of and executing program opportunities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, to maximize probability of win and define competitive positioning, win strategy, themes, and discriminators

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
