Guaranteed New Hire pay:
- We offer New hire guaranteed pay. We understand moving to a new barbershop can be scary so we guarantee your pay as you build your clientele here with us Speakeasy Barber Lounge. This means you will make a minimum of $1,000 weekly + Tips
Compensation Structure: Profit Share
- Barbers keep fixed amount off each service. See below what you keep on each service you give.
- Haircuts - $35-$40
- Razor Fades - $38-$43
- Haircut & Beard trim - $55-$60
- Beard trim - $20-$25
- Hairline maintenance - $20-$25
- Hot Towel shave - $38-$43
- Haircut & Hot towel shave - $80-$85
Marketing and Client Traffic: The company Budgets $400+ on Add spend per Barber to provide and help build a steady clientele.
Backbar Supplies:
All necessary backbar supplies are supplied by the company.
This includes:
- Razors
- Sanitation products
- Styling Products
- Dusting Powders
- Barber tools assistance
- Etc.
Other Benefits
