Serves as physician's clerical and clinical support to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Assists physician in clinic with patient care
Answers and responds appropriately to caller's needs to include calling in prescriptions as directed by the physician
Manages all physician's written and electronic materials and maintians patient charts
Manages physician calendar
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills
Must be computer literate. Intermediate computer skills are required.

Required Experience
High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Two years under direct supervision of a physician or 2 years experience in a clinical setting.
Certification/licensed in a medical profession is required. ABR-OE is preferred.
1 year of clerical experience preferred.
If you are not certified, please be prepared to take the ABR-OE test and pass.
