Practice Specifics:

Relf EyeCare Specialists is looking for a full-time licensed Optometrist for an established growing combined Ophthalmology/Optometry private practice. We practice a full scope of Ophthalmology and Optometry services.

Optometrist Job Requirements:

We are seeking a medically focused Optometrist who works collaboratively with her peers, has a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Optometrists at Relf EyeCare:

  • Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests
  • Diagnose defects of the eye such as myopia, astigmatism and glaucoma
  • Prescribe medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses
  • Provide personalized temporary and permanent solutions to sight issues based on each patient's specific case and medical history
  • Advise patients on proper eye care techniques
  • Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients

The Optometrists and Ophthalmologistwithin our practice work collaboratively together promoting a continuity of care when a patient needs to undergo a surgery or treatment for a severe eye injury or disease.

Optometrist Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
  • Licensed to practice optometry in MN or working towards completion of MN licensure
  • Clinical Optometry experience preferred, however not required
