Responsibilities required but are not limited to:
Greet, schedule, confirm and educate all patients about services and Spa products
Must be familiar with Medical / Cosmetic software programs as well as being computer proficient
Must work well with teams of doctors, physician assistants, registered nurses and aestheticians
Must be welcoming and gracious to all third-party vendors visiting the office
E-Commerce knowledge and their workings in relation to Spa products and services
Must be detail oriented with daily accounting transactions and financial documentation
Requirements:
2-4 yr. College Degree
2 years of medical office experience / spa reception
Experience with Harms Millennium/Meevo a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
