Summary: The Reverse Logistics Associate will work in a fast-paced environment that partners closely with other internal departments to provide optimum customer care to our customers, with an emphasis on maintaining and improving business for Stryker Spine. The primary responsibility of this position is to optimize efficiencies of incoming field inventory and subsequent transactions. The Reverse Logistics Associate assists Specialists in research efforts to ensure accuracy of transactions processed upon return of inventory. The position is responsible for frontline communication to the customer regarding incoming inventory as well as ensuring on-time return in order to help meet the company’s growing needs and demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with the external sales team to ensure the return of product
Provide time management for loaner set inventory through the CRM set extension platform
Assist in enhancing and automating communication to the sales team
Provide training and support to the sales team regarding logistics and surrounding processes as applicable
Follow up on any missing or delinquent inventory
Gain a full understanding of the entire order process cycle and assist in process improvements
Lead research efforts for all transactions with CRM and Oracle systems
Interface with all internal operations teams to help develop efficient and cost effective return processes
Assist with developing CRM system to better enhance return process
Interface with Supply Inventory Management Team to ensure accurate inventory in field branches
Work closely with Inventory Cycle Count Team on incoming product
Perform other tasks as needed; may occasionally need to support the Customer Care team in daily functions

Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma; and at least 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical device industry experience preferred.
Ability to read, write and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and the general public. Ability to address customer concerns in a calm, efficient and proactive manner.
Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of complex math. Familiarity with statistical methods a plus.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to develop and execute plans for issue resolution and ability to identify customer concerns. Must be detail oriented.
Previous experience in an ERP system required; JD Edwards preferred. Experience with a CRM system preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with advanced Excel skills.
