The Bottle Cap Group (Brazwells Premium Pub, Whiskey Warehouse, Jack’s Corner Tap, Rosemont, Gibson's, All American Pub, and Snapper Jacks), founded in 2009 and has been rapidly expanding across both North and South Carolina ever since, including our newest venture, which is located in the heart of downtown Greenville. Each of our concepts focuses on creative cuisine made in a scratch kitchen served in a comfortable setting. As we continue to grow, we need more experienced and dedicated managers to join our team.

We have openings for the following positions in Charlotte, NC, Greenville and Charleston, SC – General Managers, Assistant Managers, Executive Chefs, Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts, which include on-the-spot decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of all restaurant systems and operations.
  • 100% interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guests’ needs are our main focus, while enforcing standards for individual performance.
  • Provides direction, coaching, and feedback for all team members.
  • Coordinates training and ongoing development of team members.
  • Communicates with the rest of the management team and staff
  • Acts as a support system for all areas of the restaurant.
  • Maintains spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.
  • Ensures highest quality levels of products and hospitality.
  • Operates with a high level of integrity.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and transportation.

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Some college or college degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages. (May vary by state)
  • Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Dept and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to responsibly handle cash and credit transactions
  • Must be able to take direction from executive management staff
