We are on the lookout for a highly talented Recruiter to join our brand new Talent Acquisition & HR Team for Winfooz USA. You will be tasked with putting together our latest team of experts to help move our brand to the next level. As a recruiter, your role is to find and recruit these people, not unlike how we are trying to recruit you right now!
You will manage the day-to-day responsibilities for hiring top talent from sales to and software and everything in between. The Recruiter will also work closely with the Operations Director to set up systems and processes, performance management and achieve other people operations objectives.

Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to senior stakeholders by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets
Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for senior and executive level roles
Sales, Operations, Customer Service & accounts hiring experience is preferred
Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Essential Job Functions:
