Here's what your day will look like:
Provide technical sourcing/ recruiting support in a potentially high volume recruiting environment; source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and close candidates
Place IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles
Thoroughly vet technical candidates to identify skill set and experience via phone and in-person interview
Advice and counsel leadership and hiring managers on recruiting challenges, trends, and best practices
Meet hiring goals and Time to Accept (TTA) metrics
Proactively identify candidates and clients through relevant social media channels to define appropriate prospects based on customer needs
Utilize innovative search techniques to expedite focused candidate discovery
Network with IT professionals to identify leads
Provide awesome customer experience to both clients and candidates
Continue to optimize our recruiting processes and strategies
Attend and plan various networking events and meet up groups with the tech industry.
Here's What We're Looking For:
2+ years of full life-cycle technical sourcing experience
Demonstrated track record of meeting recruiting goals/hires per month
Local community ties with established contacts preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit – maintain an exceptionally high level of activity and drive to crush goals
Salary + Commission!
