What You’ll Get to Do:
Provides policy and procedural information and guidance to managers on performance management, evaluation, and recognition programs, and processes.
Monitor the completion of performance appraisal reports, provide status reports to management, and compile and distribute material for career service promotion and/or awards panels.
Provide technical support to HR administrators, and Pay and Benefits in identifying and resolving HR software issues and problems
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Human Capital Management; or a related degree in business administration, business management, Organizational Development Psychology, or Sociology. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 3 years).
Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in HR.
Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written).
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
